At NoizeBay, we strive to provide the best possible service for our artists and labels. However, due to the nature of our digital distribution services, refunds are generally not offered after a transaction is completed. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If there is a mistake in billing or an incorrect charge, we will review the issue and provide a full refund if necessary.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same service or payment, we will issue a refund for the extra charges.

2. No Refunds for Distribution Fees

Once your music has been submitted for distribution to digital platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.), we cannot offer refunds for any distribution or service fees. These services are provided immediately upon submission and are non-reversible.

3. Account Cancellations

You may cancel your account at any time. However, any distribution fees or services already paid for are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will continue to receive any royalties due to you from music already distributed, but no further charges will be applied.

4. Termination of Service

If NoizeBay discontinues its services or is unable to fulfill its obligations, we will offer a refund for any unused services paid in advance. This does not apply to distribution fees for music already submitted.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms of this policy, please contact our support team at support@noizebay.com within 30 days of the transaction. Please include the following information:

  • Your account details (email address, username)
  • A description of the issue
  • Proof of the error (if applicable)

We will review your request and notify you of our decision.
